Technical personnel conducted multiple on-site surveys and, based on site conditions, boiler drum parameters, and construction requirements, meticulously formulated the "Specialized Hoisting Plan for the Boiler Drum." Industry experts were invited to conduct rigorous reviews. Meticulous arrangements were made for all critical aspects, including force analysis during hoisting, wind speed impact, and in-air position adjustments.
90 Minutes of Precision Hoisting Demonstrates High Efficiency
On the day of the hoisting, all personnel at the site performed their duties and collaborated closely. The crane operator strictly followed instructions, precisely controlling the lifting, slewing, and lowering of the crane. The signaler relayed every command clearly and accurately via professional communication equipment. Monitors remained highly focused, closely observing the status of the crane, rigging, and boiler drum, leaving no potential safety hazard overlooked. After 90 minutes of concerted effort by the entire team, the boiler drum was successfully positioned in a single lift. The levelness deviation was accurately controlled within ±2mm, fully complying with construction standards and achieving a perfect result.
